In particular, we want you to know that Yorkshire Academy of Modern Music is not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. When someone visits www.yamm.co.uk we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site and to make sure our website is designed to give users the best experience. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Information given to Yorkshire Academy of Modern Music via our contact form is for us to directly contact you with a quote for services or to provide further information in response to  query. By entering your information into our contact form you give your consent for Yorkshire Academy of Modern Music to reply to your request. Your data will not be shared, you will not be automatically added to a mailing list. If we are working alongside other companies or organisations to provide a service to you we will only share your data after you have expressed interest in extended services and given permission to share your contact details.  Details provided to us via our contact form are stored within our website and business email account (operated by Gmail for business and stored securely with Google) both are password protected.

We will not share your data with other companies unless given prior consent to do so. We will not market products to you that do not directly relate to your initial enquiry.
